Refund Policy – Casa Rural “Mirador de la Ventosa” – Casa Rural “Mirador de la Ventosa”.
1. Refund Request Process: a. All refund requests must be made in writing via e-mail or written communication.
2. Application Deadlines: a. Refund requests must be submitted at least [X] days prior to the scheduled arrival date. b. The scheduled arrival date will be considered the reservation start date.
3. Requirements to be Eligible for Refund: a. Early Cancellation: To be eligible for a refund, the customer must cancel the reservation with the advance notice specified in item 2. b. Exceptional Conditions: In case of exceptional circumstances, such as natural disasters or medical emergencies, refunds outside of the established deadlines may be considered. Supporting documentation will be required in these cases.
4. Refund Policy: a. If the cancellation meets the requirements mentioned in item 3, the following refund policy will apply: – Cancellation [X] days or more prior to arrival date: refund of [X]% of the total amount of the reservation. – Cancellation within [X] days prior to arrival date: no refund will be made.

8. Cancellation by “Mirador de la Ventosa”: a. In the rare case that a reservation is cancelled for reasons beyond the client’s control, a full refund of the amount paid will be offered.
